I was on the hunt for a few affordable summer pieces at Forever 21 this weekend and I found this halter top for under $15! I partially love this top because it gives me 90s vibes and also resembles a leotard! Mainly, I’m loving how much wear I’ll get out of this halter for summer and the price point can’t be beat! I’ve always loved halter tops because the neckline is very elongating on my shorter frame and the open back on this top is also super flattering!
