I wore this striped cold shoulder top to a fun L’oreal hair event this weekend and I will be wearing it a lot the rest of this summer! I’ve been stepping out of my neutral wardrobe comfort zone this summer and I absolutely love this striped blue print. The ruffle neckline is super fun and I’ve had a thing for flutter sleeves lately too! I also picked up some new Sugarfix earrings recently and this pair is under $15 and an identical dupe to my favorite BaubleBar earrings!
